Curls for a Cause natural hair event.

I stumbled upon this event on my Facebook feed and since it was all about natural hair I decided to go.


This 'Curls for a Cause' natural hair event was co - hosted by Cher - Mere Day Spa and  6 Degrees of Napp.  The Cipriani Boulevard Cher - Mere branch was an ideal setting, as the venue's exterior was cool and breezy and lent to the evening's casual atmosphere.




Guests were treated to samples and information on products.






I thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment: spoken word poet Zakiya Gill was amazing.








The creator of the Cher - Mere Herbal Personal Care Products Mrs Cheryl Bowles was also on hand to speak to guests about the Cher - Mere iNatural line.



These products include the Conditioning Oil, Curling Butter, Leave - In Conditioning Creme and Conditioning Hair Refresher.

 This year's awards show was held on Sunday in Los Angeles.  Word on the streets? Many outfits were less than flattering. We try our best not to use the G word over here.  However we saw many cute and stylish outfits, proudly worn by our ladies.   We managed to choose 5 gorgeous red carpet ensembles from BET's event. Review: Creme of Nature Shampoo, Hair Milk & Curl Enhancing Creme

                          I have to admit , these Creme of Nature products have been lifesavers for my hair!  Since I decided to buy these products just for the heck of it, I don't regret my purchases.  These have been my go-to products for a little over two months and I am totally satisfied with the results.     1.  Creme of Nature Moisture & Shine shampoo.  This sulfate - free product lathers up well and rinses out leaving hydrated, clean hair. 2.  Creme of Nature Leave - In Hair Milk.   I apply this after I condition my hair and also as a daily moisturiser. 3.  Creme of Nature Pudding Perfection Curl Enhancing Creme This is the last step in my hairdressing routine.  As the name states, its pudding - like consistency keeps my hair moist so it does not dry out and get crunchy.   The label says it can also be used with heat to stretch out curls but I try to keep heat - styling tools at bay as much as I can.
