Trinidad and Tobago's 1st Ever Coffee Day.

This event was held during the Santa Cruz Green Market on the 17th June.  I am a lover of coffee drinks and wanted to explore the local coffee products.

I ended up sampling (and buying) some coffee and non - coffee products, even found soap made of cocoa and coffee!

Some of the vendors included:

Eco - Truffles Lavish Body Treats.  They manufacture a range of all - natural items which can be used on the skin and hair.

N and S, they make pepper sauce and kuchela.  I bought and enjoyed the coconut chutney!

Ambrosia Cafe.  They prepared some Coffee infused food.

Country Style Cocoa and Coffee,  They served some delicious hot chocolate.  I first spotted them at the UWI Tech Agri Expo  which was held a few months ago.

 This year's awards show was held on Sunday in Los Angeles.  Word on the streets? Many outfits were less than flattering. We try our best not to use the G word over here.  However we saw many cute and stylish outfits, proudly worn by our ladies.   We managed to choose 5 gorgeous red carpet ensembles from BET's event. This dark dress with a flattering neckline managed to turn heads.  Applique was the name of the game for this short number. This dress was our personal favorite, body hugging and with a strategically placed slit. We would have preferred a less translucent look, but this fit was definitely worn with confidence. Review: Creme of Nature Shampoo, Hair Milk & Curl Enhancing Creme

                          I have to admit , these Creme of Nature products have been lifesavers for my hair!  Since I decided to buy these products just for the heck of it, I don't regret my purchases.  These have been my go-to products for a little over two months and I am totally satisfied with the results.     1.  Creme of Nature Moisture & Shine shampoo.  This sulfate - free product lathers up well and rinses out leaving hydrated, clean hair. 2.  Creme of Nature Leave - In Hair Milk.   I apply this after I condition my hair and also as a daily moisturiser. 3.  Creme of Nature Pudding Perfection Curl Enhancing Creme This is the last step in my hairdressing routine.  As the name states, its pudding - like consistency keeps my hair moist so it does not dry out and get crunchy.   The label says it can also be used with heat to stretch out curls but I try to keep heat - styling tools at bay as much as I can.
