I enjoy eating brown rice, it is healthy and filled with fibre. Today's lunch consisted of a salad, brown rice and stewed chicken. She finishes off this great look with a skinny skinny watch and beige tote bag along with carefree, blow-dried hair. Review : Dr brandt PoreDermabrasion pore perfecting exfoliator

Image
I received a 0.25oz tube of this product in my  Ipsy  bag a few months ago and had never heard of this item before.  This is  sulfate ,  paraben  and  phthalate  free and comes in an easy to open tube.    The function of this product is to remove dead cells on the skin's surface, leaving smoother skin. The pore exfoliator is light colored with fine granules and a fresh mint or citrus scent.   I used it twice a week, making sure to gently rub my fingertips in a circular motion on my face and neck. The result was smoother skin, the patches of rough skin on my face cleared up after a couple of uses. The online price for a 2oz tube of this item: US$58.  I would recommend this item to those who can afford it.  I would not buy it because I usually use a baking soda paste to exfoliate and  it works just as well. Review: Creme of Nature Shampoo, Hair Milk & Curl Enhancing Creme

I have to admit , these Creme of Nature products have been lifesavers for my hair!  Since I decided to buy these products just for the heck of it, I don't regret my purchases.  These have been my go-to products for a little over two months and I am totally satisfied with the results.     1.  Creme of Nature Moisture & Shine shampoo.  This sulfate - free product lathers up well and rinses out leaving hydrated, clean hair. 2.  Creme of Nature Leave - In Hair Milk.   I apply this after I condition my hair and also as a daily moisturiser. 3.  Creme of Nature Pudding Perfection Curl Enhancing Creme This is the last step in my hairdressing routine.  As the name states, its pudding - like consistency keeps my hair moist so it does not dry out and get crunchy.   The label says it can also be used with heat to stretch out curls but I try to keep heat - styling tools at bay as much as I can. My thoughts on this line? I
