Review: LA Colors gel like polish

Image
I saw this at Wonderful World and decided to try it because I wanted to get gel nails. At least I could try this gel like polish first to see how it looks. I applied two coats and took the photo below when the polish was dry. It looked smooth and glossy. I did not apply a nail polish top coat and checked to see how long it would take before it started to chip. The polish lasted two days without chipping. The verdict:  good to try for a temporary color at a low price.  However if you want a longer lasting manicure, it would be easier to just get a real gel manicure professionally done.

L'Oreal Revitalift Volume filler product review.

I received these complimentary products from Influenster for testing and review. The Products 1.  The eye treatment should be used first after cleansing.  It is to be placed under the eye area. It contains hyaluronic acid and caffeine. 2.  The Concentrated serum should be applied to the entire face and lightly massaged. This contains concentrated hyaluronic acid. 3. The moisturizing day cream should be used in the morning and applied to the entire face. This contains hyaluronic acid and fibroxyl. 4.  The night cream should be applied on the face before going to bed.  This contains hyaluronic acid                                                       Review.     All four products are lightly scented.  The eye treatment, day cream and night cream are more opaque in appearance.  The concentrated serum is less thick and more translucent.    The products moisturise my skin and erase the dry, rough patches on my face.  After about a week

Breakfast with mum.

We would come together in her front porch, but not before gathering and preparing our early morning victuals.   Breakfast was varied, from fast food leftovers to deliciously fried eggplant and simple sandwiches.   Leftovers. View from front porch. Our conversation would glide lazily over different topics: current events, my big, fat work life and religion.  Roti. Coconut bake being made by mum. Bentley's assorted teabags. I also took the time to think about my future and what I can will accomplish in 2016. Despite the assorted menus and discussion, one thing remained constant.  We savored the moments being shared.
