Lunch: Brown rice and steamed fish

Steamed fish recipe


2 pollock fillets
2 Tsp green seasoning
1/4 tsp adobe seasoning
1/4 tsp jerk seasoning
1 tsp coconut oil for cooking
1/2 of an onion

Fish fillets are seasoned before cooking.
Heat oil in frying pan and cook onions until lightly browned.
Add fish for about 5 minutes on either side until fish begins to flake.
Remove from pan, serve hot.
