This is a quick meal that can be ready in as little as 20 minutes!
1. I like to add seasonings to my mushrooms. E.g. you can add paprika, chadon beni, all purpose seasoning, ginger.
2. Marinate and season fish up to an hour before cooking.
3. Heat oil in pot, when hot add mushrooms.
4. Add fish after five minutes.
5. Cook for ten minutes, or until fish turns opaque.
Serve hot and enjoy!
